Ray Buchanan also known as “Big Play Ray” Buchanan was an NFL cornerback, punt returner, and safety for 12 seasons. Mr. Buchanan’s had an innate ability to make extraordinary interceptions and return them for gigantic yardage, due to his blazing speed. Ray Buchanan was selected to the 1998 Pro Bowl of the NFL. As news of the IPFL (Indie Pro Football League) reached Ray Buchanan, he knew that this was an opportunity that he could not pass up. Mr. Ray Buchanan will be the League Baron for the Louisiana HOUNDS.
